Data security and privacy

As of version 1.1.0-AC, the News Board app is installed with a WRITE scope permission (previous version were READ). By design, all interaction with customer content is limited to the permissions of the logged in user.

No customer content is stored externally by this app.

Configuration data is stored externally by the app, including non-identifiable user account information.

No usage or tracking data is collected by third-party systems.

Terms of Use

Chief Technology Solutions grants you, being an Atlassian customer (e.g. person or entity), a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install News Board.

The News Board app is provided to you via the Atlassian Marketplace as a "Paid-via-Atlassian App" for Confluence Cloud.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except for those guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The Atlassian Terms govern refunds.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the News Board app in whole or in part, or create any derivative works, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Chief Technology Solutions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Australia and New South Wales.
